There are two steps required by you to gain access to a MediaLibrary (MeL) client’s site:

1. Registration as a user.

This step collects your contact information so that, when you apply to one or more MeL-Powered sites, you are able to use the same username and password for all sites.  Registration is required once only. 

2. Application to access a MeL-Powered site.

Once you have registered, you will immediately be able to apply to access any MeL-Powered sites.  The Central Administrator for the site will have discretion about approving or denying your application.  MediaLibrary Pty Ltd has no control or interest in this matter.

What information does MediaLibrary record, from your registration application?

MediaLibrary Pty Ltd records information sent as a result of you submitting the "MediaLibrary Registration Form". This includes first and last name. In addition, MediaLibrary Pty Ltd also collects information such as country, state and postal code. With the exception of "Country" this information may be updated by you at any time.  Various MediaLibrary clients may use the “Country” entry you make, as a way of controlling which users may see certain images or other assets.

How does MediaLibrary Pty Ltd use this information?

Your registration information will, at the time you make application to join a MeL-Powered site, be passed on to the Central Administrator of that site.  You will have an opportunity to read a privacy statement from our clients, before you apply to join a site.

You will receive a welcome e-mail to confirm your registration. MediaLibrary Pty Ltd may also send periodic e-mails to announce service changes, new features and news about other MediaLibrary products and services. MediaLibrary will not share your e-mail address and other contact information with any other organisation except with (through your deliberately submitted application) owners of MeL-Powered sites whose image and/or graphics and other material you apply to use.

How do MediaLibrary clients use this information?

MediaLibrary has no control over how our clients may use information presented to them at the time you apply to access their site.  Please see their separate "privacy statement" at the time you apply.

What access and control do you have over personal information?

Clicking on the "User Details" link, on any MediaLibrary client site, will take you to a page that allows you to change all or any of the information originally submitted, except for "Country" (please see paragraph 1 above), name and username.

How can you delete private information?

Contact delete@medialibrary.com.au and simply request this action.  Your personal details will be permanently removed from any or all MeL-Powered sites.
